Intro

Hi, I am a current highschooler at Thomas Jefferson High School for Science and Technology who loves buidling and coding projects. Currently, I am fascinated by applying engineering pricniples to real world problems. Within my school, I currently partake in my schools robotics team (Robot Uprising 14607), Computer Team, Debate Team, and Namaste (Indian Culture Club - we host events for Holi, Diwali, Garba, etc.) Outside of school, I'm involved in community service through GUR (Growing Up with Robots), I compete in taekwondo sparring competitions, and I make my own projects. Projects

BumbleBee - FTC Robot -

Designed for the 2023-24 FTC Challenge, Center Stage, the robot BumbleBee features a compact, efficient structure focused on agility and precision. It includes a robust dual claw mechanism enabling the transport of 2 game elements at a time and with 3 degrees of freedom. The claw is able to move up and down from our 6 sets of SAR230 linear slides. BumbleBee is equipped with a reinforced frame made of del rin to withstand impacts and Mecanum wheels, allowing it to navigate tight spaces and strafe.

Eco Struv

Presented at the MIT Undergraduate Research Technology Conference (URTC) in 2023, EcoStruv is a proposed electrochemical filtration system designed to capture and recycle excess nutrients before they cause environmental harm. The system would feature a multi-chamber tank installed alongside farm drainage systems to collect nutrient-rich runoff. Inside, EcoStruv's technology could use magnesium electrodes and an electric current to crystallize nitrogen and phosphorus into struvite, which would accumulate for farmers to harvest as a sustainable, slow-release fertilizer. Unlike standard filters, EcoStruv could transform pollution into a usable product. I developed the CAD model and researched the chemical reaction that would drive this process.

Gufufoss is located in Seyisfjorour, a small town in the Eastern Fjords of Iceland. Named after its heavy mist production, Gufufoss stands 88 feet (27 meters) tall.
